A small team with big eyes for beautiful things.
Twittawoo began at a craft market in Somerset back in 2012. What started as a hobby for our founder, Rachel, quickly grew into something bigger. The stall sold out every weekend, and customers kept asking the same question: "Where can I find you during the week?"
So we opened a shop. Then an online store. And now Twittawoo ships handpicked gifts and homeware across the UK and beyond.
We believe your home should tell a story. Every item we stock has been chosen because it sparked something in us, whether that is a smile, a memory, or simply that satisfying feeling of holding a really well-made mug.
We work directly with independent makers, many of whom produce their pieces by hand in small workshops. That means our stock changes with the seasons, keeping things fresh and a little unpredictable.
We would rather stock ten perfect items than a hundred forgettable ones. Every product earns its place on our shelves.
We pay fair prices and build long-term relationships with the people who make our products. Their craft deserves respect.
A gift should mean something. We help you choose presents that show genuine thought, not just last-minute panic.
People always ask about the name. "Twittawoo" is the sound a tawny owl makes, and owls have been our mascot from day one. They are watchful, wise, and slightly quirky. We like to think we are too. Our owl keeps its eyes open for the finest finds so you do not have to.
